USA Squibb Park Bridge
Squibb Park Bridge connects Pier 1 and Brooklyn Heights. It offers nice views of the Manhattan Skyline. There are no „secret places“ in Brooklyn but given the bridge is relatively new there are not too many people here.
Photography Tips
Tripod, given the construction is wobbly when people pass, up iso to keep shutter speed reasonably short (shot taken at iso 320, f8, 6s)
Travel Information
If you take the direct way from Old Pier 1 to East River Ferry (not along the water front) you‘ll see a relatively hidden entrance towards the residential area (100m from Old Pier 1). This will take you to the bridge.
