USA Lakeview Blvd Overpass, Seattle
Here is a different view of Seattle but from the north; quite different from most of the photos taken south of the city. The nice thing about this view is there is hardly ever anybody taking pictures from here. It gives great car trails as they head into the city.
Photography Tips
I would really suggest coming in the summer, it will obviously be later at night, but at least the vehicles are moving in what can be a very congested part of the freeway earlier in the evening. Use a tripod and narrow the aperture for the starburst lights.
