USA Denver Boulder Turnpike Scenic Overlook
A rest stop on the interstate between Denver, CO and Boulder, CO with majestic view of the Flatirons with a peek from the Rockies int he distance as well and the expansive flat area below gives a nice contrast to the mountains.
Photography Tips
An evening or early morning might be a great time to photograph with some good light and light trails combined. It is a panorama spot, so a wide angle lens would be useful. But I can see some use for the lenses up to 200 mm for some tight shots as well. A tripod is definitely recommended.
Travel Information
You need to have your own transport, alternately it connects to vast bike trails of CO. Parking of course is not an issue!
