USA Kruger Rock Trail
This is a nice hiking place, I think a few miles once you start from the trail head. I would call it moderate, but there is definitely some altitude gain, not very much though. The photographs here are from the top and somewhere in between looking both west (RMNP) and east. The last phot is of the Kruger rock itself.
Photography Tips
It is also a nice birding spot, so I carried both my tele and wide angle lens along with a light weight tripod. It will be quite windy at the top and one should be ready to lug all those as well, so keep that in mind.
Travel Information
This is within another natural area called Hermit Park, which has many other trails as well in addition to this one. There is ample parking space at the trail head and overflow parking just a few feet away as well.
