Upper canyon has a waiting list. We kept being told it would be as good but so glad we didn't listen. This was an amazing experience would do it again.

Get comfortable shoes. It's a long stair case down but the scenery is beautiful. Check out the rules they have for backpacks may affect the gear you choose to take with you
