USA Lemmon Falls
The crystal-clear water flowing down the basalt walls at Ritter Island, which forms Lemon Falls, originates from the vast underground Eastern Snake Plain Aquifer.
Photography Tips
A tripod helps. Also there is some spray from the falls so make sure that you can keep your lens clear. There are both shady and sun exposed areas to take pictures at.
Travel Information
The Wendell exit on Interstate 84 will take you to Ritter Island, but the best way to get there is Highway 30, the Thousand Springs Scenic Byway! Park at the Ritter Island parking lot before the bridge to access the waterfall. Follow the dirt path all the way to the base of the falls.
