USA Hells Canyon Dam

The border between the US states of Oregon and Idaho runs right through the centre of Hells Canyon. It doesn't seem hellish at all, as the Snake River is dammed up in the canyon to form a beautiful reservoir. The hellish side of the canyon is beyond the dam (with hydroelectric power station).
