Steptoe Butte is an exceptional place. A unique hill that allows a 360° view of the fields cultivated in perfect harmony.

Photography Tips

A tripod is useful for stability in strong winds. Also, many photos need to be taken with zoom.

Travel Information

At the end of May, the site was closed for road repairs and improvements to the facilities at the summit. We hiked there, which took us approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. It's expected to reopen by the end of the year with the improvements, and of course, with the corresponding entrance fee.
