Valley of Fire State Park is a natural park in the state of Nevada. A desert area, it owes its name to the vibrant color of some of its sandstone rocks.
In this case we were very lucky to come across a Bighorn Sheep that seemed to be posing for us

Travel Information

The park is not far from Las Vegas. Camping is available. There are internal trails and a variety of parking options.
