This is the second of two Lutheran churches located in the Skagit Valley of Washington State that sits perfectly located in front of Mount Baker.

Best shot in the afternoon with front lighting; bring your tripod and a long lens to compress the mountain. A polarizing filter may help.

Travel Information

An easy one hour trip from Seattle; good luck getting a sunny day with Mount Baker exposed. There is plenty of parking along the Farm to Market Road. Enjoy a nice meal in nearby Edison before or after the shot.
