This area is part of Delware Water Gap National Recreation Area on the border on NJ and PA. There are lots of abandoned homes and farms here. Great spot for photographing fall foliage.

Fall is one of the best times to capture the beauty of this place. Start super early, perhaps a few mins before dawn and explore many areas here on foot. There might be some fog on the water in some place, that'll make for nice shots.

Travel Information

Parking available at Pocono Environmental and Education Center. Walk around lakes from there. Drive short distances over bridges.
