USA Upper Antelope Canyon
The antelope canyon is a, if not the most, famous slot canyon located near Page, Arizona.
It is nowadays widely known for it's uncomparable photographic opportunities.

Photography Tips
While a tripod would be helpful in some circumstances, they are no longer permitted in Upper or Lower Antelope Canyon or ANY slot canyon tour operated by the Navajo Nation.
Wide-angle lens and tripod recommended (you probably won't need anything longer than 85mm).
It is best in summer when the sun is at its maximum height, so that its rays enter the canyon vertically.
Avoid changing lenses while in the canyon, as the dust that is in the air at all times may reach your camera sensor.
In the Summer, the crowds are large. Typically, each guide is assigned 8 to 10 people, requests to be in the last group for that period, and respectfully be at the end of the group you are assigned. By walking slowly, you can get shots without other people in the frame (You're between two groups. Each guide will stop at various places for photos, giving you time for your photos.

Travel Information
The Antelope Canyon may only be visited via guided tours by the Navajo tribe.
Although rather expensive, I highly recommend going on a "photographer tour" (tripods are not allowed in "normal" tours).
You should book your tickets in advance.
Note: Tripods are no longer permitted under ANY circumstances in any slot canyon tour operated by the Navajo Nation.
