Argentina Punta Norte at Peninsula Valdes
Punta Norte is the only place on Earth where killer whales throw themselves on the beach to hunt baby seals, as seen on National Geographic documentaries. The beach is full with different species of wildlife - seals, sea lions, sea elephants, sea birds etc.
Photography Tips
If you want to observe the orcas beaching, you need to go during high tide. That information is available at the rangers building, at the entrance of the peninsula.
