From this peak you get excellent views of Nahuel Huapi lake and national park as well as Bariloche

Light should be best early in the morning.

There is two hikes up here, the direct one is steep and the beginning might be tricky to find, but it brings you up quickly, and even from below the summit you get amazing views, maybe better than the actual summit itself. The other hike is much longer and takes you first to the real summit of Cerro Goye and then descending towards the pre-summit. The pre-summit offers better views than the real summit. Next time I would take the direct steep trail from Colonia Suiza. Free parking at the trailhead
