Laguna del Caminante is a remote alpine lagoon near Ushuaia, reached via one of the most challenging and rewarding hikes in southern Patagonia. With a total distance of up to 25 km and demanding terrain, the hike is best suited for experienced trekkers and is often completed over two days with a campsite at the lagoon. Its untouched setting, dramatic scenery, and low visitor numbers make it a hidden gem for those seeking solitude at the end of the world.
