This was taken at Palm Beach at the top of the Northern Beaches that stretches 30 klms from Manly on the northern part of Sydney Harbour. There is a lighthouse at the spot as there is the entrance to the Hawkesbury River on the other side of the lighthouse

Photography Tips

Tripod, ND Grad filters and 16-35 wide angle lens. The footsteps help lead you to the lighthouse.

Travel Information

Located on the northern end of the Northern Beaches. There are plenty of paid parking near the spot but if you are there for sunrise that should not be a problem. From the carparks it is a short walk onto the beach.
