This is a typical arid region creek that is usually dry but experiences periodic flooding. River Red Gums typically grow in and adjacent to such creeks.

Travel Information

The only way to get to this spot is by driving. From Adelaide head towards Moralana Drive, about 40 km north of Hawker. The creek is a short distance before the junction with Moralana Drive.
