There is a ramp from the Reichsbrücke down to the Donauinsel which my be used only by taxis and for deliveries. From there you have nice view to the right bank of the river Danube.

Travel Information
Parking is impossible right there. You may park at one of the provided parking lots near Kagran and have to walk to the spot but I recommend to use the Subway U1 to the station Donauinsel.
