Photography Tips

Try to take the photo from across the lake to show the boathouse with the mountains behind. Early morning is good because the water can be very calm, there can be fog and there are way less people. Sunset can also give nice colors and reflections on the lake.

Travel Information

From Reutte, take the B179 towards Füssen and follow the signs for Plansee. The road goes directly along the lake, and you can park in areas near (or try the GPS pin for parking). The boathouse is visible from the side of the road.
