Belgium De Ganzepoot & Albert I-monument
The 'Ganzepoot' is a lock complex in the outer harbor of the Belgian city of Nieuwpoort. Six waterways converge at the complex, connecting to the North Sea via the Ganzepoot and the mouth of the Yser-river.
The museum beneath the Albert I Monument marks the start of the Western Front during World War I.
