Canada Lake Louise (near Parking)
Yet another spot at Lake Louise, the shoreline between the boathouse and the hotel has a lot of different spots available, but it's hard to find a good foreground for a tranquil scene (you can always add yourself as 90% of the people do :p ). The main view is the lake with the mountains in the back.

Maybe use a polarizer, but than go don't get the details in the water. The main picture is without
WIDE angle, this is 14mm on full frame.
Check the sun location, from midday on the sun will be a problem and the scene will be very constrasty

Travel Information
Come here EARLY! It's gets busier and busier each year and the parking lot fills up quickly, at around 9 in June the parking was full.
Alternative is the carpool parking and a shuttle to Lake Louise or Lake Moraine.
FREE alternative: park at the Lake Louise Gondola (other side of the valley) and take the free shuttle from there. Lots of parking and rather quiet.
