At Flower's Cove, there is a geological rarity: thrombolites. That are and have been for 3.5 billion years among the first creatures on our planet. They "baked" strange round rock deposits. There is only one other place on earth where they can be found, in Western Australia.
There is a signposted trail from the parking lot, a few hundred meters long.
