Canada Twillingate Iceberg

Twillingate is probably the best known place to observe icebergs from land. This was one of the few days I was able to fly the drone. It is often stormy or very foggy. I took these pictures on June 15, 2023. A month later, you could still see icebergs along the "Iceberg Alley". The season was really good, but you can also be unlucky. I didn't see any icebergs there in 2022.

If you want to take pictures of icebergs with your drone, you should always underexpose a little. You should not underestimate the distance, as these icebergs are sometimes huge, but therefore sometimes appear to be much closer.

I would definitely recommend a rental car and you can often just pull over to the side of the road.
