Canada Iceberg at Seal Cove

If the weather cooperates, you can observe icebergs in countless places from land. This one was about a kilometer from the harbor and its size alone was very impressive. I was able to enhance this effect even more with my telephoto lens. And just think how huge the iceberg must have been under the surface of the water.

When an iceberg touches the ground, you can also get lucky with a long exposure, as you can see in another picture. Here I was able to get an 8 second exposure, but it took me a few tries.
For another size comparison, I've attached a picture showing a small boat collecting broken ice blocks and getting quite close to the iceberg.

You can always stop somewhere and park briefly at the side of the road.
