Canada Northern view from Granville Bridge, Vancouver

Granville Bridge in Vancouver offers a really nice view towards the skyline of the city. The bridge is pretty high, so you definitely need to be free from giddiness, but it's a great walk back after visiting Granville Island, so don't miss to combine these two things when you are already there.

Pay attention to the cars and use time slots with less passing cars to get a sharper photo if you are there during the evening when longer exposures are needed.
Another great way to get a unique photo here is to combine the sunset with blue hour, because the lights usually are turned on after sunset, but that's when the sky often turns boring.

Getting up there from Granville Island is quite a long walk, because the bridge is pretty high and you will walk around 15 minutes to the next path up there and another 10 minutes back to the spot itself. Keep this in mind if you are there for a specific time of the day or maybe even get there from the northern part of the city, because this way seemed much shorter. You definitely don't want to miss Granville Island though, so combining this spot with the island is definitely a good idea.
