The tour was all day starting in Beijing with a 2 hour drive to this part of the wall. This is no where as crowded as the more popular walk on the wall. We walked 8-10 klms along the wall with some of the areas very steep but most of the walk is quite easy

The walk on the wall is 8-10 klms there is an entrance fee which is usually included in your tour cost. The walk takes upto 2 hours and you exit the wall and your driver is ready for you.
