The 25354.33ft high གནས་མོ་སྣ་གཉིས་། Gurla Mandhata or Naimona'nyi is considered the female aspect of Mount Kailash and is equally sacred to Tibetans.
At its feet is Lake Manasarovar and about it is said in the Hindu epic Ramayana:
"Whenever one touches the ground around Manasarovar, or if he bathes in the lake, he will enter the paradise of Brahma; and he who drinks of its waters will enter Shiva's heaven and will be redeemed from the sins of a hundred rebirths."
