The Mouth of Truth is part of the National Eavesdropping Memorial. The relief was unveiled on 7 September 2006 in the flooded quarry No. 2 about 1 km west of Lipnice nad Sázavou. Its author is sculptor Radomír Dvořák. The pupils of the Stone-Sculpture Centre Lipnice nad Sázavou participated in the realization. The height of the relief is less than 3 m.
