Hotel Torn ("tower") is one of the best lookout points in Helsinki. The Ateljee Bar on the top floor can be reached by elevator - plus stairs for the last floor. You can have cocktails or just go for the view. You may have to wait in the lobby if there is a queue, so better come in time for the sunset/blue hour.
