From the Pont du 22 Août 1944 you have a nice view over the city Albi and the two bridges. This shot was taken at sunset.

Photography Tips

I have taken photos with a longer shutter speed at this location to flatten out the water. But the light in this photo was better. Bring your tripod at sunrise and/or sunset.

You can walk from the city center to this spot. There's a small inlet at the end of the bridge to position your tripod and to not bother any pedestrians.
