It gives a nice view to three (or maybe four) bridges. It might also be a great place at daytime but the bridges are illuminated at night. In the other direction there is a fountain in the River Ill which is also worth a look.

Photography Tips

You would need a tripod and be prepared for a long time exposure, at least at night.

Travel Information

There is a small staircase from Quai Saint Etienne leading down to the banks right close to the point where I took the picture.
