France Abbadia castle
Abbadia Castle is a beautiful castle in Hendaye, on the French Basque Coast. It was built between 1864 and 1884 for Antoine d’Abbadie. The castle has a unique Gothic style with beautiful rooms, decorations, and an old observatory. It also has great views of the ocean and the cliffs.

Travel Information
From the closest big city, Bayonne, drive south towards Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Hendaye. Follow the road towards Hendaye and then take the Corniche road. Follow the signs for Abbadia Castle. There are several car parks near the castle, about 10 minutes away on foot.
