Germany Kaffeemühle (Mühle am Wall)
Bremen is an old city with lots of history. Many of its old buildings survived the war since Bremen did not that much war-related industry. So there are always lots of motives to find. A windmill - now a restaurant - near the center of Bremen, situated on the old fortification called the "Wall".
Photography Tips
If you go there in the evening, take a tripod with you. A nice view is from the bridge at Herdentor.
Travel Information
There are parking places on the street, or it's a five-minute walk from the main station. But expect to pay for it. To reach the Mühle am Wall (also known as Beck's Mühle) in Bremen, you can take tram lines 4, 6, or 8, or bus lines 24 or 25, and get off at the 'Herdentor' stop. From there, it's a short walk to the windmill located at Am Wall 212.
