Germany Altdahn Castle
Altdahn Castle is a medieval ruin located in the Palatinate Forest in southwestern Germany. Built in the 12th century, it is part of a group of three castles known as the Dahn castle trio. The castle was damaged multiple times over the centuries and now stands as a picturesque ruin on a sandstone ridge, offering scenic views and a glimpse into the region’s feudal past.
