Travel by city-train Nr. 12 to „Ulrepforte“, step out and go 800 meters direction East.
If you want to visit the Volksgarten Cologne, you cannot park inside the park. The best option is to park in the surrounding streets and walk a few minutes.
Parking options: Volksgartenstraße, Eifelstraße, Vorgebirgsstraße, Merowingerstraße.
From there it’s usually about 5–10 minutes on foot to the park. Street parking is available, and on Sundays it is often free in many areas.
