Germany The Münter House, Murnau
The Münter House in Murnau was the home of painter Gabriele Münter and Wassily Kandinsky from 1909 to 1914. It was a creative hub for the Expressionist group *Der Blaue Reiter*. The artists decorated the house and garden, inspired by the local landscape. Today, it is a museum preserving their work and the history of early modern art.
