Germany Lake in Limberg

This drone spot offers a beautiful view over the lake in Limberg, which is a district of the municipality of Asbach in the district of Neuwied in northern Rhineland-Palatinate. The Siebengebirge is always visible in the background because the perspective to the West is the only one possible due to the Eudenbach airport nearby. The entire lake is at the edge of this limitation, but flying east is possible.

Fall during golden hour right before sunset is probably the best timing. Having the golden glow of the sun shine on the landscape behind the lake definitely helps to give your photo a lot more dimension.

The road is quite narrow and there are only one or two parking slots you can use on the side of the road. But since there is almost no traffic, it's usually no problem to park nearby.
