The walk along the rhine river is a beautiful als calm one, especially in its autumn dress. The colors in the trees are changing in a beautiful organe yellow tone for around three weeks from the beginning of October.

Photography Tips

Use a tele-zoom lens to compromise the point of view and to create a nice leading line from the trees to the cologne cathedral.

Travel Information

Cheap parking is available under the "Zoobrücke". It is just 5 euros per day and Sunday is for free. From there it is just a small walk to the spot.
