Beautiful view for sunrise to a popular lighthouse. Please be aware you are on private ground. Respect the signs and fences!

Photography Tips

Since you are (no longer) allowed to walk on the dunes in the immediate vicinity of the lighthouse, look around for an alternative and get creative. I was on the beach at sunrise, but it was only when the sun was higher in the sky that the foreground with the water droplets in the grass provided an interesting motif for me. The dune grass is also a rewarding foreground from other locations.

It's a private street with 6,00 € toll to the Ellenbogen. Cyclist and hikers are free. Parking is available.
