Germany Monrepos Palace, Ludwigsburg, Germany
Monrepos Palace sits quietly on the edge of a serene lake, surrounded by open parkland and old trees. The (usually) calm water provides reflections of the palace and sky. The area is spacious, easy to access, and offers plenty of room to explore different angles. It’s a versatile spot that works equally well for landscape, architecture, and mood‑driven photography. At times in can be quite crowdy, especially on a sunny day.

Photography Tips
Using the lake as a mirror to reflect the palace and sky. A tripod, long exposure and ND Filters can flatten the lake if desired. During the late afternoon and sunset the palace is nicely illuminated by the sun.
