Guttenberg Castle is home to one of Germany’s largest birds-of-prey sanctuaries. A flight demonstration takes place once a day, providing excellent photo opportunities. Admission is currently €15.00. Photography without a tripod is permitted for non-commercial purposes.

Photography Tips

You need a tele lens like 100-400mm or 150-600mm. A proper autofocus is very useful. You need a shutterspeed of 1/2500 sek. or less to capture flying eagles.
