Naturwildpark Granat is a unique wildlife park surrounded by forests where many animals roam freely through large natural habitats, creating an experience that feels much closer to true wilderness than a traditional zoo. The park is especially known for close encounters with deer, wolves, lynxes, and other native and exotic species while walking along peaceful forest trails.

The easiest way to reach the park is by car via the A43 motorway, taking the Haltern-Lavesum exit and following the signs toward Reken/Klein Reken. It is also possible to arrive by public transport via bus line 275 to Ketteler Hof, followed by a scenic forest hike through the Hohe Mark region to the park entrance.
