Night shot from Fisherman's Bastion of the Parliament Bldg. The light swirls in the sky are from birds that circle the bldg at night...almost appear as drones.

Photography Tips

Fairly crowded to set up tripod, but not impossible. I was there around 10:30 pm and was able to find a spot, however upper level was closed off. The lights on all the bldgs. and bridges are shut off at 11:00 pm. so need to time appropriately/

Walking is best method. There is parking along road, but can be very limited.
