East Side access to the Selfoss Waterfall in the north of Iceland which offers a beautiful wall of smaller waterfalls along the river.

Photography Tips

The standard equipment for waterfalls is highly recommended like ND filters, a tripod, and cloth to protect and clean the lens between the photos.

Travel Information

Need to arrive at the Dettifoss East Side via Road 864. From the Parking Area of Dettifoss a marked path is leading to Selfoss. One way it is around 30-40mins depending on conditions.
