Faxafoss is a beautiful waterfall close to the popular Golden Circle in Iceland with a height of 7 meters. It is not the biggest waterfall, but almost unknown.

You can take a picture directly in front of the waterfall with the camera or choose a higher angle with the drone. Pay attention to the current drone laws.

Travel Information

This waterfall in Tungufljót is located near the Biskupstungnabraut S35 and can be reached via a short detour on the Golden Circle tour. Faxi Waterfall Parking is directly nearby and has space for 10 - 15 cars right at the spot.
