Because of its designation as an “F” road (4WD) most tourists go no further north on F206 than the upper parking lot leading to the highest Fjaðrárgljúfur Canyon viewpoint. Skáftarhreppur Waterfall looks like a giant waterslide with its wide and shallow bottom.
