Don’t miss the Bull > When you enter from the Duomo, go to the centre and left - look at the ground. It is tradition to circle on your foot on the Bulls Balls for good fortune and to return to Milano. Like throwing a coin into the Fontana di Trevi in Roma...

You are allowed to use a tripod but it depends on the amount of people if it makes sense. Especially around holidays like Christmas there are masses of people which make the usage of a tripod at least "difficult". Unless you go there between 2:00 AM and 4:30 AM... ;-)
