To get an amazing "upper level" view on the famous "Drei Zinnen", you can climb on the Paternkofel summit when taking on a Via Ferrata. Please be careful and go only when being experienced in Via Ferratas.

Wait for sunset and especially the blue hour. With a bit of luck, there might creep in some fog.

Travel Information

Starting point of the climb is the Dreizinnenhütte. From there, after a short hike the Via Ferrata starts straight up the Paternkofel through several old war tunnels. In total it covers 300m in height at a difficulty of B/C and takes around 1:30h. The Via Feratta is in a very good condition.
