The most important tipp: Come early! From 8am on, the tours are running to this temple and it will be super crowded. So use the time before breakfast.
As well I like the dynamic with reflections. If you are interested in kind of this photography go with your lens as low as possible behind a pond.

10 minutes walk from Tokyo Metro Daimon or 15 minutes walk from JR Hamamatsu Cho.
In general, it is super easy to use the metro system. In my eyes, it is the best system to come around and roam through Tokyo.
