Kenya Dead trees near swamps, Amboseli Nationalpark

This place reminds me to my time in Namibia. The only difference is, that here is no sand but green gras. A scary and interesting place. I hadn't the chance to be here for sunrise but that could be a great motive.

Next to a tele-zoom lens I would recommend to carry on a landscape lens in the backpack. Sometimes there are interesting motives inside the park like these dead trees.

To enter the park you need to pass the gate. There are two - one in the south and one in the north of the park. The South Gate is closer to wildlife. Make sure your lodge is close by. Self drives are allowed but you should have at least a good 4x4 car. I would prefer a guided tour here. Ask your driver about the dead trees near the swamps, if you want to see them.
